For over forty years Homeless
Emergency Project has provided homeless people, homeless
children, and low-income individuals and families with housing,
food, clothing, and support services necessary to obtain
self-sufficiency and improved quality of life. HEP is dedicated
year round to "helping people help themselves."

- The Shepherd Center provides free, hot meals, groceries, hygiene supplements, personal case management and planning for success with education and employment opportunities. The Shepherd Center was started in 1974 by a few volunteers who decided to provide food, clothing and compassion for the needy in their area. Today it has grown into the largest service of its kind north of Clearwater!
