Carol and her husband Kelley live in Lutz.  Carol has been very involved with non-profit and charity organizations for the past few years, and most recently had been working with the other 3-Hearts supporting a large organization.  Feeling disheartened with the cost overhead of the organization, the 4-Hearts decided to put together their own group so that 100% of what was collected could be passed on to the groups that need it the most - zero expenses taken out of the donations.
